Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 21 days. If more than 21 days have passed from receipt of the package, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase example: tracking number, all of this must be sent by email. Guarantee periods:  1 month for cables and 2 months for devices Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for a reason not due to our error.


* Any item returned more than 21 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your original credit card or payment method is credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account first.
Then contact the company that issued your credit card, as the official posting of your refund may take a little time.


Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Only normal priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, items that are on sale or on sale are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged.  If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at conseil_shop@yahoo.com and send your item to: 1 traverse des penitents noirs, La Ciotat, PAC,  13600, France.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit of the same value as the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent for the purpose of delivering it to you later, it is to her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 1 traverse des penitents noirs, La Ciotat, PAC,  13600, France.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, we recommend that you use a shipping tracking service or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
